Use forgot password option to reset password.
If you're not able to reset the password with any of the three options, then please send an email to - validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details:

Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation
Father's Name
Registered PAN address
On successful validation, the password will be sent to your Registered Email
