I have revised my income tax return AY 2016-17 please guide me can i re-revised the return or not as per income tax act.

02 November 2016 you can revise the return any number of times, till the same is processed by CPC.

Sir one more query,
if i opt sec 44AD then do i also need to pay advance tax in optation of sec 44AD

03 November 2016 No. You dont have to pay advance tax. The provisions of Chapter XVII-C are not applicable and hence no need to pay advance tax.

In this forum some experts has pointed out that if you opt sec 44AD then due date shall be only 15 March for advance tax
