08 January 2015 I have exhausted my 5 attempts per registration limit of ipcc grp 1, though i have left with 3 attempts of grp 2. Do I have to re-register myself for grp 1 to give ppr of grp 1, and if so then after how much time after reregistration i will be eligible to give ppr.

08 January 2015 if you have regsitered on or before jan 2011 for ipcc then you need to revalidate it and can get the following form:
