Re-registration query

I have exhausted my 5 attempts per registration limit of ipcc grp 1, though i have left with 3 attempts of grp 2.
Do I have to re-register myself for grp 1 to give ppr of grp 1, and if so then after how much time after reregistration i will be eligible to give ppr.

if you have regsitered on or before jan 2011 for ipcc then you need to revalidate it and can get the following form:
