16 November 2015 i am doing articleship in hyderabad i completed 21 months, now i am taking termination due to transfer of parents to another city . my question after getting permission from icai, re registration of articleship can i register in hyderabad also or above 50 km from hyderabad. please reply , thanks in advance

29 November 2015 That means you have shown the reason of TRANSFER of your father, right?

In that case why do you want Hyderabad again when on the same ground you have taken articleship transfer? Why so?

01 December 2015 Are you using this termination as a tool to get transfer from one principal to another?

If that is so, please do NOT do that. It is a matter of 15 months...bear with it.
