15 July 2015 Sir, i have taken termination on 20/4/2015 due to medical reason.I took 3 months leave from febraury to april. I also enclosed permission letter and medical certificate to the Institute. After i recovered I joined on 27/4/2015 from visakhapatnam to rajahmundry. Till now i didnt receive confirmation letter. I call to ICAI . They informed that medical leave should be taken after termination date.Is it true? If so what I have to do? Please inform me

17 July 2015 best is once you visit the icai regional chapter where u submitted this forms and ask the concerened officer for clarification over this issue.
