This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary

The advice given is to align accounting practices with current government regulations, avoiding any 'window dressing'. Only base expenses should be presented in income statements for accurate financial reporting.

11 March 2020 Dear Experts,

We Deduct the PF and ESI for a specific amount of salary not for total net wages.

But as per the govt regulations we cant show the total salary other than the PF & Esi Wages with the Financial Report.

Now My Question is How to be accounted other than PF & Esi Wages in Financial (Audit) Statement?

11 March 2020 You have to change the practice and have to go according to the prevalent law. Any window dressing is now not advisable.

25 May 2020 Only Base Expenses needs to be shown in Income Statements.
