04 March 2009 no. of leaves available is dependent on no. of leaves you take... i will just explain the calculation by a eg....
if the period is 3 years...which means 365*3=1095days
suppose you have taken total 120 leave...
than leaves available to u is...1095-120=975
than 975/6=162.5
so leave available to you is 162...
