Re-labelling in Custom Warehouse-Trading or Manufacturing

We are importing Finished Goods(pertaining to Third Schedule), re-labelling in Custom Bonded Warehouse & sell it from our Trading warehouse.

Want to know is it right practise or it amounts to manufacture ?

26 May 2011 if the goods are re-labled at customs then u must have to clear the import procedure the goods at new label basis to your trading warehouse.

packing / repacking of goods in certain cases amounts to manufacture.
