We have imported a machine foc but we have filed bill of entry in normal case without declaration foc goods and after clearance of goods we know that goods was foc under agreement with supplier.
now we have to reexport the machine custom ask that how goods was foc so i want to know that how i will prove that machine was foc to apply gr waiver.

in this regard please submit a letter in the office of the commissioner of custom, of your area as well as export import sales contract, copy of iec,Export house certificate , RBI/2009-10/29 Master Circular No. 09/2009-10 dated July 1, 2009and put up in your favor.
Grant of GR waiver
(i) AD Category – I banks may consider requests for grant of GR waiver from exporters for export of goods free of cost, for export promotion up to 2 per cent of the average annual exports of the applicant during the preceding three financial years subject to a ceiling of 5 lakhs. For status holder exporters, the limit as per the present Foreign Trade Policy is 10 lakhs or 2 per cent of the average annual export realisation during the preceding three licensing years (April-March), whichever is higher.
(ii) Export of goods not involving any foreign exchange transaction directly or indirectly requires the waiver of GR/PP procedure from the Reserve Bank.
