Sir,
If I do a preventive health check up every year like a blood test which includes lipid profile, blood sugar and CBC along with Vitamin D for i have undergone CABG, 7 years back, can i claim the limit upto 5000/- benefit under section 80 D

Yes preventive health check up deduction is available upto Rs. 8000/-.
