the maid sweeping, suppose in CA office which is registered under GST, then whether ca office liable for gst under RCM???cz it is a supply from unregisterd person to registered person nd which is covered under rcm in gst...plz clarify it in detail....

but ma'am what about SGST /UTGST , cz in notification no. 8/2017 it is stated that it will be exempt from CENTRAL good nd service tax....this may be interpretition issue for me..plz ma'am clarify it once

ma'am one more last que. , how will i calculate limit of 5000 rs. per day cz ca office makes payment to maid for once in a month....???
nd can maid fall into the category of employee if so, then gst will not attract cz its out of the ambit of supply....

Maid is not employee.Also total amt paid to maid monthly is less than Rs.5000.
So no need to charge GST.

Dear Mam.,
We paid sweeper monthly charges at writing the voucher "paid towards SWEEPERS SALARY/WAGES for...... ".
Then Why not its considered under salary/wages head...? If yes then how to its under RCM...?
please clarify madam...
