Hello Everyone,
I want to know about section 9(4) of CGST Act, 2017.
Is it suspended or not?
And if yes, then no need to pay GST on services rec'd from unregistered dealer where amount is more than 5k.right????

Yes...
Above section are suspended in 22nd GST council meeting...
No need payable under RCM. From 1st October.
Wait and watch it's notification...

Yes same is suspended from Oct.
Limit was upto Sept when same is taxable. So, now amount above Rs.5000/- is also exempted.
