PLEASE CONFIRM FOR RCM GST WILL BE APPLICABLE ON UNREGISTERED SERVICE PROVIDER CONTRACTOR (PAINTING WORK SERVICE) AND ADVANCE PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM BUYER.
