04 November 2017 Dear All,

Can anyone help me regarding RCM, Is RCM applicable after 30.09.2017 or is there any condition to charge RCM on purchase from unregistered or other services i.e. GTA, Rent, etc.

My company having turnover more than 500 crore.

04 November 2017 Sec 9(4) related RCM (URD) is supended fro 13/10/2017. Also it's applicable from 1st July-17 to 12 Oct-2017...
Sec 9(3) related RCM still applicable from 1st July 2017 to onwards...

The GTA is under Sec 9(3)... RCM applicable
The Rent is Under Sec 9(4)... RCM not Applicable from 13/10/2017
