26 December 2019 Sir,

Please confirm RCM is applicable on a commission agent/Broker or Not, Like (Credit Card, Loan, Etc.) and confirm who is liable to pay GST,(Bank or Agent)

26 December 2019 RCM applicable for service recipient only but you are the service provider to bank/financial institution hence RCM not applicable for you.

26 December 2019 RCM is not applicable on commission agent . Tax is to be paid by the person who earn supply services and earn commission

1. Difference between Direct Selling Agent and Commission Agent.

26 December 2019 DSA’s (direct selling Agents) are the one who connects an individual to the loan provider( Banks) , take care of the needed documentation for Loan Application forms, do fundamental check for application and ensure that the submitted documents are in accordance with the guidelines of the loan provider.
