27 July 2020 Kindly advise RCM applicable services and threshold limits for Per Transaction in details.

27 July 2020 following services are under RCM.
1.Supply of services by GTA (Goods transport agency) in respect of transport of goods by road,
2.Supply of service by individual advocate including senior advocate or a firm of advocate,
3.services supplied by arbitral tribunal,
4.Services provided by way of
sponsorship to any body corporate
or partnership firm.
5.Services supplied by the Central
Government, State Government,
Union territory or local authority to
a business entity ,
6.Services supplied by a director of a
company or a body corporate to the
said company or the body
corporate.
7.Services supplied by an insurance
agent to any person carrying on
insurance business.
8.Services supplied by a recovery
agent to a banking company or a
financial institution or a nonbanking financial company.
9.Supply of services by an author,
music composer, photographer,
artist or the like by way of transfer
or permitting the use or enjoyment
of a copyright covered under clause
(a) of sub-section (1) of section 13
of the Copyright Act, 1957 relating
to original literary, dramatic,
musical or artistic works to a
publisher, music company,
producer or the like.
10.5 Services provided by way of
renting of any motor vehicle
designed to carry passengers
where the cost of fuel is
included in the consideration
charged from the service
recipient, prov
11.Service of security agency service to business entity

The threshold limit is not prescribed for RCM. the registration is compulsory

Thank you for your information and kindly advise we are manufacturer and paying Freight charges for Inward and Outwards and some time cash also. is there any threshold limit for per transaction for considering RCM

28 July 2020 no. you need to pay tax on every transactions.
One bilty if less than Rs.750, it is exempt.
