Here i have query on RCM applicability , if we capitalise the carriage inwards incurred in connection with GTA service received by us.

should we pay ST under RCM as we are service receiver.

pls clarify,

Whether you capitalize or not

Any payment of frieght(only for GTA frieght) by service receiver(person responsible for making of payment of frieght)need to discharge liability under reversecharge
