06 August 2018 Dear Sir,
iam confused on RCM, my query is that is RCM is fully exempt till 30.09.2018 or their are certain services or goods on which RCM is applicable?
if yes then if possible please provide that goods or service in which we have to pay rcm.

07 August 2018 Services on which reverse charge is applicable is notified vide Notification No. 13/2017 Central Tax(Rate) dated28.6.2017. You can refer the same.

09 August 2018 one more query regarding this what is the exemption limit under rcm per day or per month.?

09 August 2018 No more limits except GTA. Registered Dealer will be pay GST Tax under RCM Basis from Rs. 1.

But.,
GTA's Limit is based on Consignment Value... As follow

Upto Rs. 750 no need pay RCM Tax...
If Single consignment then No need to Pay GST Tax under RCM upto Rs. 1500

Otherwise RCM applicable except the above said values of GTA...

09 August 2018 legal services by an advocate(URD) to a registered dealer is attracting RCM. What is the meaning of legal services? is GSTor income tax return filing on behallf of a client on which one charging his fee is covered under legal services?

Freight Inwards/Outwards @ 5%
Payment To Advocate @ 18%
Manpower Supply@ 18%

10 August 2018 RCM Applicable for ADVOCATE FEES.

Freight Inward / Outward from GTA then RCM applicable. Other than GTA RCM not applicable...

RCM not applicable for Man Power Supply. It's not u/s 9(3).
