08 April 2016 A & co. A Firm is providing services of works contract, To provide such services A & co is paying Inward freight and outward freight whether the firm is eligible for getting credit of service tax paid on Outward freight as well as inward freight ????

08 April 2016 Yes CENVAT credit can be taken by works contract service provider for service tax paid on transportation service on which 70% abatement is availed.
