Whether on Computer Repairs and Maintainence RCM is applicable under Works Contract
In case Service Provider is an Individual???

20 October 2014 No reverse chareg shall not apply.As it is just repair and maintenance of computer which is taxable under the head "management,maintenance or repair service".

Had it been a AMC Contract then works contract would have applied.
