14 January 2014 if service receiver not paid service tax under reverse charge but service provider paid paid 100% service tax , eventhough if service receiver is liable to service tax? . pls clarify

14 January 2014 well as such your liability is not extinguished...however, you might be able get away on the grounds that there is no revenue loss the government..
