In karnataka VAT rates are 5.5% & 14.5%,if same is sold without c-form what will be the rate of cst to be collected weather 5.5% or something esle .whether it depends on commodity?

it will be depends on the commodity. if commodity comes under 5.50% schedule then 5.50%, if it comes 14.50% then 14.50%
