Can you Please advice the rate of underwriting commission for equity shares and debentures? Is there any maximum limit set by Sebi?

Underwriting commission is charged by the merchant bankers at the time of public issue are connected with it. Generally it is fixed by an agreement with the company and the terms and conditions are finalised before any public issue.
