What will be the rate for gst in india?

Basically try to understand that the GST will be having a DUAL structure.....
CGST.....central GST
SGST....State GST
The central govt is likely to levy 10%
The respective States will notify their rates through schedule
GST is DESTINATION based
It is applicable on "transaction value"
