rainwater harvestion projects

I import material for using in rainwater harvesting project that is used in recharging water of earth. please tell whether i can avail custom duty exemption on these products. whether exemption available to water purification projects can be availed .Though our project acts to recharge earth with clean water irrespective of its use for human consumption or industrial use.
