In professional exam mostly questions are come from the study material, but the material only give a guideline for exam, for details i will suggest you to other books and Reference Guideline.

us topic ke exams me ane ke koi chances hai ya nahi

There is a chance to get a question from private text books but the concept always lies in study material.
Generally , questions in exams will come from concepts discussed in study material only.
