05 November 2015 if a company is agriculture co. then in itr 6 where its income is to be shown .whether under bussiness or profession or under only in agriculture income. is there any need to fill balance sheet and profit or loss accounts.

05 November 2015 the adjective of company does not decide the nature of income. If the income is agricultural income, then only show it under agriculture else show it under income from business and profession.
The submission of balance sheet and profit and loss account is done accordingly.
