17 June 2011 i belong to small town.i have done work on taxation like return filing, form 3cd etc in my articleship.but i have interest in diect taxation nd wanted to do job in taxation in big4;s like E& Y,DELLOITE .but i wanted to know that as i have little knowledge in taxation will they give me their own training .plz clarify wat r selction process nd training programs undertaken by them after selection.

18 June 2011 u should definitely try in big 4.
its not necessary that u should have prior exp. of that level.
if u think you r good in tax & able to impress them with your knowledge & justify that u r seriously interested in tax, their is no reason why u will not be a part of their firm. Best luck :)
