As per the provisions of company law, if a charge is registrable u/s 125(4) of the Act, it is to be registered within 30 days of creation of charge in form 8 with the ROC and in case of satisfaction of the charge in full, intimation to the registrar is to be given in form 17 within 30 days of the satisfaction.
