What are the Licences do I need to do - Trading of Used goods - on Online ( ie; Trading of Used Mobile phones on Online ) such as - Shop licence, Shop Establishment licence, VAT + CST, Service tax, Trade licence - under my Personal name.

Shop Establishment is govern by state basis they have their own Act. It depend on you where your shop is situated.
