1st Financial Year ended on 31.03.09

Query

What is the due date of AGM (Is it 31.12.09) ?

2nd Financial Year ended on 31.03.10

What is the due date of AGM (Is it 30.09.10 or 31.03.11 i.e. 15 months gap between two AGMs) ?

Ans : ...............

Ans :Yes it's 31.12.09

Ans : 30.09.2010 (sec. 210(3)(b))

19 December 2010 1) Due date 02/04/2010.(18 months criteria u/s 166).
AGM to be held not later than 31/12/2009.

2) Due date 31/03/2011. (15 months from previous AGM).
AGM to be held not later than 30/09/2010 unless three months extension is sought and granted for {section 210(3)(b)}.
