I have register for cs in Feb and dropped and in June I have register for ca should I want to submit form 112

If your articleship has started, as per CA Regulations you are required to submit form 112. So it is advisable that you submit the form 112 even if you don't want to do CS.
I will also advise you to continue with CS as you can easily do it while pursuing CA. Further CS with CA will be very good for your professional career.
