06 February 2014 I passed ipcc group in may 2011 and accordingly my final exam was due in May 2014 and subsequently I have recently passed my second group in Nov 2013, results of which were declared on 31 Jan 2014.
I now wish to give my final exam in May 2014 as I am eligible for it as I have cleared my IPCC both group and my article ship is also completed as ICAI rules.
So i want to know whether I can appear in this May 14 final exam.
if yes, then what is the procedure to fill up the exam form in this case .
I have also submitted my final exam registration form on 3rd jan 2014 and I am awaiting the confirmation letter. So I am worried if my confirmation letter may come after the last date of exam form submission.
please suggest what do i do in this case?

06 February 2014 no need to wait for confirmation letter. Just fill the exam form.

07 February 2014 put the date on which you submitted the form...to make sure that you have been registered, call the ICAI regional office to ensure that your application has no issues.
