Query regarding cenvat credit

Can cenvat credit be claimed for invoice received on 1st week of subsequent month. For eg: If i am paying stax for May month on June 5, can i claim cenvat credit for invoice received dated 2nd June,for service given in may .

Yes. it can be claimed. CENVAT has time limit to take within 6 months
