Query regarding articleship & final exam

11 February 2014 I started my article ship period from 14 September 2011, my Principal surrendered his certificate of practice in March 2012, due to which it took me three months to get re-register under another Principal. I got a letter from ICAI that my article ship will be completing on 23 December 2014.

I want to confirm that weather I am eligible to give final exam in May 2014 & if not, then when my final exam will get due?

11 February 2014 given that ICAI has already told u that your articleship finishes on 23 December, you shall not be eligible for May 14. You can appear in Nov 14
