02 January 2014 Hi Whether there is service tax applicable on management services provided by an individual to proprietorship firm? if yes, there is any exemption limit. And the said individual is already providing immovable property rental services amounting more than Rs.10 lacs.

03 January 2014 service tax applicable. No exemption available in this particular case as you need to consolidate turnover of all the taxable services. Only if total turnover is less than 10 lakhs, exemption is available.

03 January 2014 yes since the value of taxable service provided in totality exceeds rs 10 lakhs service tax is applicable.
