can anyone tell me if is salary paid to directors without deducting TDS is an allowable expense under the head PGBP?

Salary not covered under sec.40a(ia), hence no disallowance

If the Director is Non-Resident/slary paid oustide India; then TDS is disallowed u/s 40a(iii).
