Query on change in directors in my company

28 April 2014 Right now Mr. A and Mr. B are directors of ABC Ltd. Now, I want Mr. X (Spouse of Mr. A's Brother in Law) and Mr. Y (Spouse of Mr. B's Sister) to be its directors.
As per the Companies Act 2013, the said relations are not included in the definition of relatives.

But, I came to know that as per Income Tax Act, 1961, Mr. Y will be covered in relatives.

Actually, I want to ensure that my company doesn't attract tax provisions from point of view of both the Acts.

Request experts to help me out here and suggest which persons can be made directors in this regard to the company.
