Sir/Madam,
Y is Chapter VI A deductions not allowed against interest income of non residents u/s 115D?

As such deductions relate to mostly residents it is not allowed for non residents.

Section 115 and the like ones give a concessional rate of tax to non residents and that is why chapter VIA is deliberately kept away.
