Dear Experts
We need to remit the payment to non resident supplier , Still material is not dispatched.
Can we process the payment based on Purchase order.
Kindly quote the FEMA act.

Permitted as per FEMA Master Circular on Import of Goods & Services provided the goods are imported within 3 months of advance payment.
