27 September 2017 Hello Everyone,
I have a query relating to filing of 3CD Attachments, While uploading The attachments relating to TAX Audit Is it mandatory to file a signed balance sheet and profit & loss because we are already using digital certificate while filing the return ??
Please solve my issue.

27 September 2017 Financial statements are prepared by auditee , approved (means signed under official seal) and forwarded to auditor for auditing and to give audit report. If viewed in that angle, scanned copy of the attachment to form 3CB/3CA should be physically signed by the auditee.

27 September 2017 Thank you Sir for your Reply , Is auditors sign also necessary in attachments ,as we are using Auditors Digital Certificate as well??
