19 May 2016 Dear sir,

I wish to start khakhra manufacturing from my home with a very small capital.
Do I have to follow any legal procedure?
Will it be benificial to start this business on my wife's name?
Please guide.

19 May 2016 01. Income tax is PERSON based. If you have taxable income and your wife is NOT having taxable income, then it is advisable to start business in her name.
02. You obtain Shop Liscence in the first place. Since you are into FOOD manufacturing, better to have food liscence as well.
