does sec 44AD override sec 44AA of income tax act??

if 44 AD is followed then u are not required to maintain books though sec 44AD is not applicable for professionals and therefore 44AA is imp for prof in any case.

it doesn't override. It just provides for certain instances wherein 44AA shall not apply.
