querry regarding ITT certificate

Dear sir,
I passed PCC in nov 2008.now i am going to register for c.a. final.my bag was stolen in which there was my 100 hours ITT certificate.now what will i have to do to get the certificate so that i can register for final.what is the procedure?can i get another certificate.?
please help me about it.

Hello dear, in your case you have to file the FIR for the theft and talk to the person incharge from where you have completed your ITT course. You can ask for duplicate certificate with these proof and other documents you have like Fee receipt of your course.
