01 January 2014 Can ca in practice open pvt ltd company for provide service other then audit????? What is the rule and regulation for that????

01 January 2014 well if you are not holding a COP, you can do anything you want!!. For a COP holder, you only be a non-executive director.

However, a practicing CA can open a MCS company for opening management consultancy services.
