Can ca in practice open pvt ltd company for provide service other then audit????? What is the rule and regulation for that????

well if you are not holding a COP, you can do anything you want!!. For a COP holder, you only be a non-executive director.
However, a practicing CA can open a MCS company for opening management consultancy services.
