whether u have obtain COI from ROC, if yes, than take the money from subscribers as per subscription caluse and start your business. if you need any further clarification revert back.

1) Take Director Indentification number for
the promoters.
2) Take Digital Signature for one promoter.
3) Submit e-form 1A for name availability.
4) Prepare M.O.A and A.O.A after the name
is approved.
5) Submit e-form 1,18 and 32 to concerned
ROC through MCA portal.
6) If the above is O.K the ROC will issue
Certificate Of incorporation to the
company.
