Puzzling entry in my 26 as !

27 June 2012 In my AS 2012-13, 26 AS, I find a puzzling entry as follows:

1 ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX CENTRALIZED PROCESSING CENTRE BANGALOR BLRA15403D 195 4/10/2011 585 182 182 F 19-05-2012

According to the above, Asst. Commissioner of IT (CPC) has paid me Rs 585/- on 4/10/2011 and deducted Rs. 182/- as TDS, which are not true! The TAN of the deductor is mentioned as BLRA15403D.

Can anybody tell me what this is about?
