dear sir,i would likely to be asked about pure labour contract,in which service head this service would be covered. and what is the reversal mechanism over that. thanks.

In the labour contract ., there is no reverse charge mechanism., but in case the turnover of the service provider exceeds 10 lacs in the previous year ., he has to collect service tax
