I am selling goods from West Bengal to Jharkhand charging CST @2% or CST @4%

Whether the purchaser is liable to pay any purchase Tax. if yes, at what rate? Please mention relevant section.

there is no kind of purchase tax

only he has to pay VAT if he purchased in local.

incase of interstate CST is applicable.
