If you are using Tally you can generate the same from Tally.

On the gateway of Tally, press F11:Features. Then go to Inventory Features. Under order processing Allow Purchase Order Processing.
Now create inventory voucher.
The Purch. Order Button is now highlighted and you can generate a PO.
